Southwest Gas needed to upgrade the controls at five of its compressor stations along the Paiute Pipeline in Nevada.
Verus is the lead engineering and automation company for the station control upgrade project at five compressor stations. Verus is providing system design, integration, and commissioning support for Allen-Bradley PLC5 to ControlLogix upgrades. The work at each site includes the replacement of the PLC5 with a ControlLogix and construction quality control panel design package. Verus delivers on-site construction support, customer FAT testing, full end device checkout, commissioning and startup activities
